DEPOSITS + CANCELATIONS
✧The deposit is accounted towards your total tattoo price.✧Deposits for tattoos start at $100 and must be paid at the time of booking your appointment. The deposit acts as a hold for the artist and their time. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and is put towards the final cost of your tattoo.✧You must give at least 48 hours (2 days) notice to reschedule your appointment. Failing to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Canceling your appointment entirely will also result in the loss of your deposit.✧If a new deposit is not paid, your continued appointments will be cancelled. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited by you and a new deposit is required to secure the rest of your appointments or to book new ones.✧I have the right to cancel or amend appointments at no further notice. I will reschedule your appointment at the next convenient/available date/time unless stated otherwise.ID & CONSENT Consent Form Here!
✧You must be over 18 years of age to receive treatment in the act of tattooing.
All persons must provide I.D either a passport or provisional/driver’s license. I have the right to refuse any persons not willing to provide I.D when required. I do not accept parental consent if you are under the age of 18 years of age to receive treatment in the act of tattooing. It is ILLEGAL to tattoo persons under the age of 18 in California and other states. I am not responsible for minors lying about their age to receive a tattoo, and those who do so will be blacklisted from receiving further tattoos.✧I have the right to refuse any persons not willing to complete the consent form and medical form.
All necessary fields in the consent form and medical form MUST be completed.✧If your current/past medical history may affect receiving the treatment of tattooing, I have the right to refuse you or request that we discuss the treatment of tattooing with your practitioner.DESIGN✧Your tattoo design will not be fully available until the day of your appointment. Designs will be drawn in my style, so please review my most recent work and make sure you are familiar with the style of tattooing being offered. There’s always plenty of time on the day and beforehand to discuss sizing and placement and to make any small changes to the design you’d like.
It’s really important that each person being tattooed is 100% in control of the process, for their own body. We need to be sure we have your consent without outside influence, and be confident you are able to take responsibility for your own decision-making as part of the process. I will support you with advice, and help you try out different sizing and placement options.✧I do not undertake offensive tattoos.✧✧✧✧✧
